Graeme McLean

Graeme McLean is an experienced technology professional with a significant background in Microsoft 365 practices and software development. Since February 2007, Graeme has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Business Applications and Head of Modern Workplace at Bridgeall, where responsibilities include guiding organizations like CalMac and the NHS in leveraging Microsoft 365's capabilities to enhance their IT strategies and transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Solutions Architect for the Energy Savings Trust, where Graeme designed the Combined EPC Register, and as a Software Engineer focused on the Central Market Agency systems for Scotland's Competitive Water market. Earlier roles also featured positions as an Analyst/Developer at Bank of Scotland Corporate IT, contributing to regulatory compliance projects, and as a Developer at Arnold Clark, involved in the development of a CRM system.
