Lea Demeillers has a diverse range of work experience. Léa started their career as a Communication Assistant at Midi et demi in 2015. Léa then worked as a Receptionist at Best Western Plus Hotel de la Regate for a brief period. In 2016, they worked as a Communication Intern at TFT Viagens e Turismo, Lda, where they created visual content and assisted clients during their stay.

In 2018, Lea became the Production and Communication Manager at Gang Of Food. Léa was responsible for managing production and communication activities. The following year, they worked at Seasons Food Truck, organizing team work and service for events.

In 2020, Lea joined NOUS restaurants as an Event Project Manager, handling event organization and developing the catering offer. Léa also contributed to internal communication and human resource activities.

Lea's experience continued in 2021 with roles at SBS PLV, where they worked as a Project Manufacturing Manager, ensuring production quality and coordinating with clients and suppliers. Léa then worked as a Customer Success Manager at Squadeasy, where they managed client portfolios and supported the deployment of mobile applications.

In 2022, Lea joined Bridge as a Customer Success Manager. Their responsibilities include project management, customer satisfaction, and maintaining the CRM system.

Throughout their work experience, Lea has gained expertise in project management, customer success, communication, and event organization.

Léa Demeillers has a strong educational background in the fields of event management, tourism management, and communication. Léa completed their Master of Science in Strategic Event Management and Tourism Management from SKEMA Business School between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Management of Tourism and Events from Excelia between 2015 and 2018. Léa also had a short-term study experience at Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu VAMK University of Applied Sciences in 2016. In 2015, they studied at EFAP - École des nouveaux métiers de la communication, focusing on communication and media studies. Léa's educational journey began with their Baccalauréat Scientifique from Saint Joseph du Loquidy Nantes, which they obtained in 2014. Additionally, they hold certifications such as a Baccalauréat scientifique avec mention (Spe SVT) from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse in 2014 and a TOEFL IBT score of 88/120 from The TOEFL® test in 2015.
