William Solis

William Solis is a seasoned business and legal executive with extensive experience in corporate law, securities, and compliance. They served as Associate General Counsel at Twist Bioscience from 2017 to 2023, where they played a key role in the company's public offering in 2018. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from 2011 to 2017. William specializes in M&A, litigation, and employment law and currently holds the position of Assistant General Counsel at BridgeBio since 2024. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Oregon and a Doctor of Law from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
