Chanelle Cook

Chanelle Cook has extensive experience in customer service and community assistance. Currently serving as a Community Assistant at BridgeBuilders since August 2021, Chanelle is responsible for setting up appointments, booking, answering phones, and distributing flyers. Previous roles include working as a Housekeeper at Omni Hotels & Resorts, a Cashier at Dollar General and Braum's, and an Independent Contractor for Just Energy, engaging in door-to-door sales. Chanelle also gained early experience as a Cashier at McDonald's Corporation. Education includes a Professional Customer Service certification from Ser Jobs for Progress National in 2014 and a high school diploma from H. Grady Spruce High School, attained in 2003.
