Scott Mitchell

Scott Mitchell has over 20 years of experience in loan servicing, credit, and collections within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Loan Servicing at Bridgecrest since June 2016, Scott previously held the role of Sr. Manager of Credit & Collections at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, where significant improvements in customer processes and collections were achieved. Earlier positions include VP Collections Site Manager and VP Sr. Section Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where oversight of large call center operations and delinquency management were key responsibilities. Additionally, Scott held roles at Wells Fargo Auto Finance and Wells Fargo Financial, focusing on performance management and driving cultural shifts within the organizations. Scott earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of North Dakota in 1999.
