Aimée Cox currently serves as the Head of People at BridgeFund since April 2025, following a significant tenure at EasyPark Group, where multiple roles included Global Head of People Partnering for Technology & Payments and Head of People Europe. Aimée's career spans various leadership positions focused on People and Culture, with a strong emphasis on enhancing organizational development in dynamic environments such as EasyPark, 7people, and Adyen. Responsibilities have included designing strategic HR frameworks, improving employee experience, and partnering with technology teams to foster growth. Aimée holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
