Paul McClay is a leader in customer and employee digital experience transformation, currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer and Global Head of Consulting at Bridgenext since 2024. In this role, they consult with companies across various industries, focusing on innovation and the realization of digital initiatives. Prior to Bridgenext, Paul spent nearly two decades at Definition 6, where they held several leadership positions, including Chief Digital Officer. Paul graduated with a BSc in Business and Computer Science from Durham University in 2002.
