John Patrick Foley

JP Foley serves as the Chief Growth Officer and Advisor at BridgePhase since September 2022. Prior to this role, JP operated as an independent advisor and investor through Foley Ventures from 2018 to September 2022, specializing in strategy development, sales acceleration, and operational transformation for global public sector technology firms. Notable achievements include collaborating with founders to establish EigenX DC and launching PCI Technology, both of which focus on innovative technology solutions. JP co-founded and managed Dominion Consulting until its acquisition by TeraThink and held leadership roles at Washington Consulting and BearingPoint, alongside extensive experience at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. JP began a career in 1991 as an intern at The White House and earned a BS in Management Science from Virginia Tech in 1992.
