Philip M. serves as the UX Technical Lead at BridgePhase, LLC, since May 2017, where leadership is provided to an Agile DevOps team for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, focusing on user-friendly web applications for government users worldwide. Prior experience includes a role as Software Architect at Knexus Research Corp., from November 2006 to April 2017, where Philip excelled in designing Java-based enterprise software and conducting Artificial Intelligence research. Earlier positions include Software Application Development Engineer at ITT, supporting AI and computational modeling projects, and Engineering Technician at the Naval Research Laboratory, contributing to computational models and scientific publication. Philip holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, earned in December 2002.
