Troy Hepper

Troy Hepper is a skilled Data Scientist with extensive experience across various roles and industries. Currently at BridgePhase, LLC since September 2019, Troy has previously served as a Senior Consultant and Data Scientist at MorganFranklin Consulting, and completed a Data Science Immersive program at General Assembly. Prior to that, Troy worked as a Cost Analyst at ICF, where expertise included developing cost estimates for the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Troy's early career included leadership roles as Team Captain and Club President for the Penn State Water Polo team, as well as an Operations Intern at Vitol Group. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University and has comprehensive knowledge in data analysis, machine learning, and cost estimating techniques.
