Carsten Kratz is a Partner and Head of the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region) at Bridgepoint, having joined the firm in 2019. Before this role, Carsten was a Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group for nearly three decades, leading operations in Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe. Fluent in English, Italian, and French, Carsten has also served on the boards of several organizations, including Umovity and Alpha FMC, while contributing to initiatives supporting youth integration into the labor market. Carsten studied Industrial Engineering at TU Darmstadt, Germany.
