Joe Dove

Joe Dove is an experienced Operating Partner currently at Bridgepoint and previously held the same title at Montagu Private Equity, where engagement with Boards, CEOs, and leadership teams focused on strategic decision-making and driving growth. Prior to Montagu, Joe was a Partner at Bain & Company, gaining extensive experience across EMEA, New York, and the Middle East over a 15-year tenure, marked by five promotions. Joe's early career began as a Process/Project Engineer at Viasystems in the electronics manufacturing sector. Joe holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, earned in 1995.
