Ruth Bailie

Ruth Bailie is currently the Head of HR Business Partnering at Bridgepoint and has extensive experience in various HR roles across notable organizations. Previously, they served as HR Director for Grosvenor Americas and were responsible for building a new HR function across North America. Ruth has also worked as an HR Projects Manager during a secondment at Grosvenor, focusing on Group-wide initiatives, and has held multiple senior HR positions that included overseeing operations in several European countries. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from the University of Durham and a Master of Science in Business and Professional HR from BPP University, along with a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
