Ruth Prior

Ruth Prior is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as Group Chief Financial Officer at Bridgepoint since September 2024, Ruth also holds the position of Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Motability Operations Plc, where the organization has provided mobility support to nearly four million customers in the UK since 1978. Prior experience includes Group CFO roles at Element Materials Technology and William Hill, as well as COO at Worldpay, where significant milestones in IPO history were achieved under Ruth's leadership. Ruth's earlier roles include Group CFO and COO at EMI Group, Finance Director at Terra Firma Capital Partners, and senior finance positions at Boo.com and Whitbread Beer Company. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
