Tom McMullen

Tom McMullen currently serves as the Director of New Strategist Training & Development at Bridgepointe Technologies, a position held since March 2024, where responsibilities include engaging, motivating, coaching, and training Strategists and overseeing training implementation and effectiveness. Prior to this role, Tom worked at BullsEye + Lingo from October 2010 to March 2024 as both the Manager of Training and Development and Training & Development Manager. Tom's career began at ISGN, where a tenure from August 2005 to October 2010 as Knowledge Services Manager was marked by a focus on enhancing knowledge-sharing practices. Tom McMullen holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, all earned from Central Michigan University.
