Empowering efficiency, enabling growth.

We build sustainable supplier relationships and find cost reductions quicker, enabling our clients to focus on growing revenue. We’ve taken the best bits of the procurement industry and combined with governance to create an ecosystem that focuses on the following pillars;

Cost Reduction

Using our technology to rightsize and reduce supplier costs and improve profitability on client deals. Ensuring your budget reforecast is consistently less and your ARR is more.

Procurement Lifecycle

Managing the full procurement lifecycle from NDA to contract signature. We identify gaps in your current process and technology and how to fix and build a best-in-class procurement function.

Governance

We negotiate and manage contracts on your behalf as well as supplier onboarding assessment (ESG, DP, IS) – establishing what technology, if any, you need to support your business objectives. Our strategic procurement plan also caters for processes, policies, workflows and approvals.

People

Our business relies on self starters with a passion to succeed. Entrepreneurial thinking but humble, these are more than just procurement managers. We have subject matter experts in all spend categories such as IT/SaaS, Marketing, Logistics, Property/facilities, Travel and People & Payroll. We provide the right expert at the right time to avoid costly people overheads.
