Conor Webster has worked in the finance and operations field for over 10 years. In 2022, they began working as the Finance & Operations Manager for Bridger. From 2014 to 2011, they were the Operations Manager for ALPHA SCENTS, INC., where they scheduled, managed, and supervised production as Project Manager, increasing team productivity by 20%. Conor also developed and implemented plans for more efficient and effective chemical production, and communicated and reported to the vice president to execute necessary chemical production. Prior to that, they were the Laboratory Administrator for ALPHA SCENTS, INC., where they planned and facilitated the move in production to an improved facility, procured cheaper materials from China and India to decrease production costs by over 5%, and tracked and documented production to create standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
