Bridges Wound Care
A chronic wound often indicates underlying medical issues such as vascular problems, heart conditions, or diabetes. At Bridges Palliative care, we provide comprehensive care for all types of chronic wounds. We evaluate causes for non-healing wounds and create a care plan for each individual. Whether your wound requires sharp debridement, skin substitutes, or both, we are here to help.
