Brian Douglas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the tire and service industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Retread Solutions at Bridgestone Americas since September 2018, Brian leads the development and management of the retread product portfolio in North America. Previous roles include Executive Director of Off the Road (OTR) Sales, where Brian drove sales growth strategies across the mining and construction sectors, and Director of Dealer Distribution Management and Operations, overseeing complex business negotiations. Prior to joining Bridgestone Americas, Brian held leadership positions at GCR Tires & Service, including Director of Store Operations & Strategy, and served as President and Chairman of the Board for Phi Gamma Delta. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
