Chad Richards is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the tire and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Lead Technical Program Manager and formerly as Senior Program Engineer at Bridgestone Americas, Chad focuses on consumer original equipment tire development. Prior experience includes roles at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics as a Design Engineer, where Chad designed composite Radome structures for aircraft applications and developed essential tooling. Chad also worked as a Project Engineer at Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems, leading the development of braking system components for business aircraft. An academic foundation in Mechanical Engineering was established at The University of Akron, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree.
