David Warther

David Warther is a seasoned engineer with a strong background in product design and development. Currently serving as a Senior Product Design Engineer at Bridgestone Americas since February 2019, David previously held roles as a Design Engineer and Estimator at Presrite Corporation, focusing on design support for forgings and delivering accurate pricing for customer quotations. David’s experience includes a Manufacturing Co-op position at Schaeffler, where analytical skills were applied to production stats and CAD design, as well as a Co-op role at Hendrickson, involving grease lubrication specification development. Earlier internships, including a summer position at LORD Corporation, provided valuable experience in fatigue analysis and resource management. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron, earned in 2018.
