Haley Dombrowsky

Haley Dombrowsky is a Talent Operations Specialist at Bridgestone Americas since June 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in human resources and recruitment. Previously, Haley worked at SmileDirectClub for two years, holding roles including HRIS Analyst, Recruiting Solutions Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Haley also served as an Information Technology & Digital Marketing Recruiter at Addison Group and previously worked in sales at Houzz, focusing on business development in the home remodeling sector. Additional experience includes a Public Relations Internship with the Alzheimer’s Association Mid South Chapter and a role as a Physician Office Representative at Huntsville Hospital. Haley holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Communication from The University of Alabama.
