Harsh Jha

Harsh Jha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in plant management and engineering. Currently serving as Plant Manager and Plant Engineering Director at Bridgestone Americas since June 2016, Harsh leads teams focused on maintenance, project and capital engineering, and information technology in a North American passenger tire plant. Prior to this role, Harsh was an Operations & Product Manager at 3M, where leadership of a $120 million performance tape organization resulted in significant productivity and yield improvements. Additionally, Harsh achieved recognition as a Six Sigma Black Belt for excellence in process improvement, receiving the Transformational Leadership Award in 2014 for contributions to cross-functional projects that generated substantial cost savings. Previous roles include Plant Engineering Supervisor and Production Operations Manager at Guardian Industries Corp. Harsh holds an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from The University of Iowa and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
