John Dean is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail management, pastoral leadership, and organizational development. Currently serving as Retail Management & Sales at Bridgestone Americas since July 2015, John has consistently ranked among the top sales performers and notably managed customer service and staff across multiple locations. In addition, John has been the Lead Pastor at Brecon United Methodist Church since July 2017, overseeing all church operations including public speaking and administration. Previous roles include Retail Store Manager at Point Blank Range & Gun Shop and Director of Development at the Cincinnati Art Museum, where John excelled in sales, marketing, and fundraising initiatives. Educationally, John holds a DMin and a Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University.
