John Hefley

John Hefley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT asset management, having worked at Bridgestone Americas from 2010 to 2024. During this time, Hefley held various roles, including Product Manager for IT Asset Management, where they managed all IT hardware and software assets, procurement, budgeting, and vendor negotiations. They also served as the Service Asset and Configuration Management Manager, overseeing global IT assets and implementing Software Asset Management processes. Hefley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Recording Arts Technology from Middlesex University and an Associate’s Degree in Audio Engineering from SAE Institute of Technology-Nashville.
