Mark Cecil, an experienced professional in benefits strategy and HRIS solutions, has been with Bridgestone Americas since March 2014, currently serving as Executive Director of Benefits Strategy & West HRIS Solutions. In this role, Mark establishes and executes the vision for health and welfare benefits and HRIS solutions to enhance talent attraction and retention through a culture of well-being, technology, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Prior to Bridgestone, Mark worked at Asurion from November 2006 to March 2014, where responsibilities included leading HR technologies and strategic project management. Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
