Phillip Staton

Phillip Staton has extensive experience in leadership and project management, currently serving as Section Manager and Project Manager at Bridgestone since December 1996, with a focus on final inspection and tire room operations since 2020. In this role, Phillip leads eight production team leaders and oversees more than 160 production technicians across multiple shifts, emphasizing high-quality production aligned with Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory compliance. Prior to Bridgestone, Phillip was a Team Leader at Hillshire Brands from 1992 to 1996, where responsibilities included supervising production processes and ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards. Phillip holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University, as well as an Associate's degree in Industrial Management Technology from Pitt Community College.
