Stephanie Wright has extensive experience in benefits management and human resources, currently serving as Lead, Benefits at Bridgestone Americas since June 2019, following a tenure as Senior Benefits Analyst. Prior to this role, Stephanie held several positions at AMSURG, including Manager of Benefit Programs, where responsibilities included Affordable Care Act compliance, benefits administration, and performance management. Stephanie's career began at William Beaumont Hospital, where roles included Employment Assistant and Customer Information Services, involving tasks such as applicant screening and new hire processing.
