Tracy Thompson

Tracy Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in billing management, customer service, and data analysis. Currently serving as a Supervisor of Specialty Billing at Bridgestone Americas since February 2010, Tracy oversees specialty billing operations and evaluates transactional activities. Previously, as a Data Analyst, Tracy focused on training and streamlining processes for improved efficiency. At Bandag Incorporated, from October 2001 to June 2010, Tracy managed significant national accounts and implemented compliance initiatives while also handling inventory and survey operations. Earlier, as an Optician/Lab Manager, Tracy provided customer service and managed laboratory supplies at Vision Center PC. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Muscatine Community College.
