John Semberger

John joined the team as President, attracted by this diverse group of entrepreneurs, each bringing their unique perspective to building a company based on the shared desire to provide excellent work to highly valued clients. He brings an impressive 40 years of upper management experience to his leadership position. John began his career as an engineer and then moved into sales, a career shift that gives him the enviable ability to determine the scope of the project based on his clients’ needs while personally developing the very best solution based on his immeasurable engineering expertise.

Like the rest of the leadership team, John doesn’t spend much time behind a desk and is frequently found joining the onsite team to help with installations. He believes that when clients see BridgeTek leaders having hands-on involvement in their projects, it creates a competitive advantage over much larger companies where top management is usually disconnected from the day-to-day client operations.
