Will Pompa

Will Pompa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the finance and investment sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Insurance Sales and Head of Europe at Bridgewater Associates since February 2018, Pompa has previously held significant leadership roles, including Executive Vice President at PIMCO from July 2008 to January 2018. Initial experience includes a position as a Summer Financial Analyst at the Emerging Markets Group of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 2007, and as a Regional Program Development Manager at Development Alternatives, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. Will Pompa began a career in finance as a Program Officer with the Financial Services Volunteer Corps from 2001 to 2004. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School (2006-2008), a Master of Arts in International Relations and International Economics from The Johns Hopkins University (1999-2001), and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University (1996-2000).
