Ryan McDonald is a logistics and transportation executive with over 20 years of experience in pricing strategy, analytics, and operations across domestic and international markets. They most recently served as the Director of Pricing at Crowley Logistics, managing pricing for over 250 RFPs annually and implementing innovative pricing models that significantly increased new business awards and profitability. Ryan has held leadership roles at various companies, including Yusen Logistics, Florida East Coast Railway, and TOTE Maritime, where they focused on optimizing pricing strategies and operational efficiencies. Currently, they are the Director of Pricing Transformation at Bridgeway, where they continue to leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and value for customers. Ryan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Florida and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville University.
