Elizabeth Marcus currently serves as a Customer Service Agent at Novacroft, focusing on assisting customers of Transport for London with expert product knowledge and efficient call handling. Elizabeth has previously conducted interviews for the University of Bradford, assessing the suitability of international students for academic programs. Elizabeth is actively involved in several professional organizations, including Bridging Barriers, WCAN, Aspiring Solicitors, Bright Network, SEO London, and 10,000 Black Interns, participating in various workshops and insight days. Bridging Barriers is social mobility charity supporting young people aged 16-25 to achieve career success through mentoring, virtual masterclasses and networking events. With mentoring at the forefront of what we do, we give young people access to professionals who empower them with the soft and hard skills needed to thrive. Our virtual masterclasses and networking events complement the mentoring, allowing young people to build employment networks to strengthen access to opportunities.
