Bridging Barriers
Marina Ebrubah serves as the Global Head of KYC within the COO Office at Man Group, having held multiple positions in financial crime compliance and fund accounting since May 2017. In addition to this role, Marina is actively involved with Bridging Barriers as a mentor, supporting disadvantaged youth, and participates as a committee member with EnCircle Mentoring, facilitating career development for professionals. Prior experience includes notable positions at J.P. Morgan and Marsh and Parsons, complemented by academic credentials from London Metropolitan University and BPP Professional Education, including an ACCA qualification.

Bridging Barriers is social mobility charity supporting young people aged 16-25 to achieve career success through mentoring, virtual masterclasses and networking events. With mentoring at the forefront of what we do, we give young people access to professionals who empower them with the soft and hard skills needed to thrive. Our virtual masterclasses and networking events complement the mentoring, allowing young people to build employment networks to strengthen access to opportunities.
