Rina Sond is an accomplished intellectual property lawyer and business mentor with extensive experience in advising SMEs on maximizing value through intellectual property protection and commercialization strategies. As the Chief Executive Officer of Intangen Ltd since September 2022, Rina has developed a proven three-step process to help businesses enhance their brand assets and attract funding. In addition to leading Intangen Ltd, Rina serves as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire, focusing on Clinical Legal Education and Life in the Law. Rina's previous roles include Partner at Longmores Solicitors LLP, where advisory services were provided to startups and entrepreneurs, and various legal positions that involved extensive work in company and commercial matters, including IP law. Rina holds a Legal Practice Diploma from The University of Law and an LLB (Hons) from London South Bank University.

Bridging Barriers is social mobility charity supporting young people aged 16-25 to achieve career success through mentoring, virtual masterclasses and networking events. With mentoring at the forefront of what we do, we give young people access to professionals who empower them with the soft and hard skills needed to thrive. Our virtual masterclasses and networking events complement the mentoring, allowing young people to build employment networks to strengthen access to opportunities.
