Zoe Beard

Zoe Beard (née Mumba) is an accomplished PR and communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of PR and Communications at Bitmovin since February 2022, Zoe is responsible for designing and executing global PR strategies and securing media coverage with top-tier publications. In addition to this role, Zoe is a Board Trustee for Sheffield DocFest, a voluntary Public Relations Manager for CAIR London, and a mentor for Bridging Barriers, where mentorship focuses on career guidance for young people from diverse backgrounds. Zoe also holds a trustee position at Ashiana Sheffield, aiding communities impacted by violence and abuse. Previous experience includes a senior account manager role at Platform Comms and a contributing writer position at Amor Magazine, alongside various marketing and communications internships and roles that lay the foundation for a successful career in media and communications. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English from Loughborough University.
