US companies aren’t getting the returns on their IT investments they should be—and they’re wasting $500 Billion a year on top of it.

Bridging Business & IT was founded by senior IT execs to pass on the best practices we’ve curated 300+ years of combined frontline experience.

We train, coach and consult with:
• CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Heads of IT & IT PMOs
• Businesses with revenues from $50 Million to $3 Billion
• Teams facing complex projects who don’t have the expertise to handle them alone.
• Execs come to us when the stakes are high, a project’s in trouble, and they need help to save it.
• Heads of IT & PMO’s call us when they need to build solid project foundations.
• Boards and CEO’s reach out when they want to take full advantage of technology to leverage their Company’s ability to execute.

3 out of 4 times the problem they have with IT is always the same. The business and tech teams don’t cover everything they need to discuss—because they forget! This inadvertent failure to fully articulate business requirements cripples IT initiatives, wastes enormous amounts of time and money, and ruins lives and reputations.

We saw this problem hundreds of times before we learned how to solve it. Bridging the gap required two prerequisites—understanding how humans really communicate, and knowing what IT needs to know about the business. It took us decades to find the bridge—but we can show you how to cross it in days.

We help companies bridge business & IT by:
• Explaining the neuroscience behind why we all forget to share everything we need to discuss and why none of us can control that behavior;
• Providing a simple, proven solution to ensure critical details are never overlooked again; and
• Teaching teams how to turn that solution into a daily discipline.

Using our bridge typically saves clients anywhere from $150,000 to $2 Million—per project. It hides in plain sight, but few ever see it. This shortcut is a game-changer.
