Jai Kumar

Jai Kumar has a wide range of work experience in human resources and administration. JAI served as the Head of Human Resources at Bridging Technologies, where they were responsible for talent acquisition, campus hiring, and managing the company's website and social media platforms. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager-Personnel & Administration at Satia Industries Ltd, where they handled general administration and implemented HR policies. JAI also worked as a Senior Manager-HR at Competent Synergies, where they planned human resource requirements and organized interviews and induction programs. Jai Kumar's work experience spans from 2004 to the present.

Jai Kumar began their education at Government Model School in Jagadhri, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 1997 and 1999. JAI then attended Kurukshetra University from 1999 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on Hindi, English, Mathematics, and History. Subsequently, from 2002 to 2003, Jai enrolled at Kurukshetra University again to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. Finally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Punjab Technical University from 2006 to 2009.
