Paul D'Souza

Paul D'Souza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Paul started their career in the non-profit sector, working for The United Way in multiple roles from 1989 to 1999. Paul then worked as a Sales Executive at Root Consulting, selling business intelligence solutions to Fortune 500 companies in the NJ/NY area from 1999 to 2001. Paul subsequently served as a Senior Sales Executive at RWD, selling enterprise applications to the pharmaceutical industry from 2001 to 2003.

In 2003, Paul founded The D'Souza Group, a company focused on helping companies increase revenue and growth through lead generation and other strategies. In 2016, they became a Mentor at Founder Institute, where they assisted founders in formulating their business ideas and revenue models. In 2020, Paul took on multiple roles, including Venture Advisor at Loyal VC and Business Development Manager at Extron Inc., where they specialized in supply chain and product assembly solutions. Paul also founded the Healing Ranch, a company dedicated to supporting the emotional well-being of heart-centered executives.

In 2006, Paul enrolled in The Aji Network's LEIP Program, where they studied a wide range of subjects including Economics, Linguistics, Practical Psychology, Business, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Innovation.
