Florent Malbranche is the CEO and Co-Founder of Brigad. Prior to Brigad, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of Commune coliving. Florent has also held leadership positions at Omie & Cie, Jump, La French Tech Polynésie - Page Officielle, la marque en moins., The Galion Project, Whyse, and Choose.

Florent Malbranche has a Master 2 in Management & Business Development from EDHEC Business School, a Biologie marine et océanographie biologique from École Pratique des Hautes Études, and a Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles de Commerce from Lycée Henri IV.
