Raphaël Labbé has a diverse work experience. Raphaël started their career at Finama Private Equity as an Analyst, where they gained experience in Private Equity. Raphaël then co-founded Ulike.net, a cultural community database and recommendation algorithm. Following this, Raphaël Labbé became a Mentor at Seedcamp, where they provided guidance to early-stage startups. Raphaël went on to found TEDxParis, organizing events in partnership with France 24 and Fabernovel. Raphaël Labbé then worked at Groupe Express Roularta as the Director of Innovation and later as the Director of Projects. During this time, they led various mobile and tablet app developments and implemented innovative projects such as "drone journalism." Raphaël also served as a Founding Partner at the accelerator, 50 Partners. Raphaël Labbé was also involved in the tech community as a Business Angel at Brigad and as a Member and Investor at The Galion Project. Currently, they are involved with Wiztrust as the CEO, organizing and leading secure communication teams. Additionally, Raphaël Labbé is an Organizer for French Tech Amsterdam, supporting the French tech community in Amsterdam.

Raphaël Labbé has a strong educational background in various fields. Raphaël began their education in 1997 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business/Commerce, General from Prépa in 1999. Raphaël then pursued further studies in economics, obtaining their MSc from HEC Paris between 1999 and 2003. In 2003, Labbé enrolled at Paris II, where they completed a DEA degree in Relations Internationales in 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Labbé obtained a certification in IR Fundamentals (Financial Communication and Investor Relations) from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in December 2020.
