John Henderson

John Henderson is a Continuous Improvement Consultant at PHINIA, focusing on training and coaching Six Sigma transactional projects to enhance business processes. Prior to this, they were a Statistical Problem Solving Methodologies Divisional Champion at Delphi Diesel Systems, where they implemented and trained others in statistical problem-solving techniques across Europe. Additionally, they served as a Project Coach, leading Six Sigma and Shainin projects to tackle technical and transactional problems. John holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Engineering - Manufacturing from The University of Huddersfield, earned in 1990.
