Eric Painter

Eric Painter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Investment at Trisept Investments since January 2004, Eric leads market research, financial feasibility, due diligence, and asset management for various multi-segment real estate opportunities. Additionally, as a Venture Manager at Public Werks, Inc. since July 2014, Eric focuses on transportation infrastructure development through public-private partnerships. Eric is also an Associate at Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty, specializing in commercial, land, and ranch properties. Previous roles include Director at Bosque Canyon Ranch and Senior Acquisitions & Development Analyst at Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a focus on Real Estate from Texas Christian University, a Graduate of Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business, and completed the Ranch Management Program at Texas Christian University.
