The founders of Briggs have decades of experience in the residential and commercial real estate sector. Building, managing, and owning properties has given us a unique perspective—when we build, we build as if we are the owner. Our team assesses the needs of the client, streamlines the construction process, and works to mitigate future risk when investing in a space or property. Our team has worked with family-owned and institutionally-owned properties, and both small and large businesses. We have repositioned $500 million+ in assets and capital improvement programs. Our core values are professionalism, integrity, knowledge, and the ability to execute.
