At BRIGHT Initiative, we believe the future of work should be inclusive, sustainable, and accessible to all. We’re a non-profit organisation based in Sweden spanning Poland and the Netherlands. We bridge the gap between education, government, and business to help individuals and organisations thrive in a rapidly evolving labour market.

By combining real-time insights with predictive analytics, we make emerging jobs and skills easier to understand and act on. Through research, cross-sector partnerships, forums, and digital tools, we empower people to upskill, adapt, and lead the change.

Founded in 2019 and rooted in the research of Future of Work Solutions (2019–2023), we are committed to driving systemic transformation by reinvesting all profits into building a more inclusive and future-ready society.

✨ Join us as we design—not just imagine—a brighter future.
