Ivan Rebollo

Ivan Rebollo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ivan recently joined Bright Machines as a Solutions Engineering Manager in February 2021. In this role, they assist customers in finding cost-effective automation solutions and envisions manufacturing concepts for production lines. Ivan also conducts research on the latest manufacturing technologies and coordinates with suppliers.

Prior to Bright Machines, Ivan worked at Continental from September 2017 to January 2021 as a Senior Functional Test Engineer specializing in machine vision. Ivan was a member of the Technical Center and was responsible for designing, integrating, and setting up test and assembly concepts for production locations worldwide. As an equipment project manager, they oversaw the commissioning of equipment on three production lines.

Before Continental, Ivan worked at IIE from November 2012 to July 2016. In this role, they served as a Scientific Researcher, specializing in data acquisition software and electronic systems design at the High Voltage Electrical Equipment Department. Ivan programmed LabVIEW Real-Time Controllers for data acquisition and processing and was involved in instrumentation and automation. Additionally, they underwent Technological Research Training during their time at IIE from November 2012 to May 2013.

Overall, Ivan Rebollo has experience in solutions engineering, machine vision, project management, data acquisition software, electronic systems design, and instrumentation. Ivan is knowledgeable about the latest manufacturing technologies and has worked in project-based organizations.

Ivan Rebollo completed their Engineer's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2008 to 2012. Furthermore, in August 2015, they obtained the Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer certification from National Instruments.
