Leon Tkach

Leon Tkach has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Leon started their career as a Software Developer at Mobile Group in 2013, where they were responsible for server-side development on various Android applications and worked on projects such as Voyager's Android-based car phone. In 2016, they joined Verint as a Software Engineer, where they were part of the Big Data group and worked on designing and implementing Big Data servers using Apache Spark, Kafka, and HDFS infrastructure. In 2018, Leon started working at Bright Machines as a Java & Big Data Team Leader, where they led a team and managed various Java servers and infrastructure. In 2020, they took on the role of Software Architect at Bright Machines, where they were responsible for designing and implementing new features for a hybrid on-prem/cloud platform for managing robotic cells. Currently, Leon is working as a Principal Software Engineer at Bright Machines, where they continue to contribute their expertise in software engineering.

Leon Tkach attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Software Engineering.
