David Howell is the Executive Vice President and CIO at Corcoran McEnearney, a position they have held since 2024. With a career in real estate brokerage beginning in 1985, David co-owned a firm in Falls Church, Virginia, until merging with McEnearney Associates in 1996, where they continue to serve as Executive Vice President and CIO. David has also served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for the Metropolitan Regional Information System from 1994 to 2016, and is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Bright MLS. Additionally, David was a Past President of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and holds a BA in Political Science, Economics, and Managerial Studies from Rice University.
