Matthew Soble

Matthew Soble has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. In 2013, they started as a Field Data Collection Intern at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning. In 2014, they served as the Design Director at 180 Degrees Consulting, where they developed a unique design strategy for the Tufts branch. Matthew also worked as a Site Director at Let's Get Ready, overseeing program operations and supervising coaches and students.

In 2015, Matthew joined Paul Lukez Architecture as a Research Intern, where they contributed to a team selected as one of the finalists for the City of Boston's Living With Water competition. Matthew also worked on developing internal resources for the firm.

From 2015 to 2019, Matthew worked at Sealed, initially as a Home Energy Advisor, where they excelled in sales and grew capital deployment for energy efficiency projects. Matthew sold the first residential energy efficiency Power Purchase Agreement through the Sealed PAYS program. Matthew then transitioned to become a Partner Success Manager, working with contractor network partners to train and improve the sales process. Later, they became a Senior Account Executive, achieving consistent quota attainment and implementing a successful inside sales process.

Since 2020, Matthew has been working at Bright Power, Inc. As a Senior Account Manager, they are responsible for managing and growing engagement with real estate development and management firms, specializing in affordable and supportive housing programs and policy. Matthew led the sales team in 2022, achieving over $3 million in sales.

Matthew Soble attended Tufts University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Studies, with a minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership. In 2013 to 2014, they participated in the New York/Paris Program at Columbia University, focusing on Architecture. Prior to their university education, Matthew attended the University of Chicago Laboratory School from 2007 to 2011 for their high school education.

Matthew also acquired additional certifications. In 2015, they obtained the Building Analyst Professional certification from the Building Performance Institute, Inc. Furthermore, in 2022, Matthew gained the Multifamily Building Analyst certification from the same institution.
