Senior Account Manager, Affordable Housing Services at Bright Power

Matthew Soble has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. In 2013, they started as a Field Data Collection Intern at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning. In 2014, they served as the Design Director at 180 Degrees Consulting, where they developed a unique design strategy for the Tufts branch. Matthew also worked as a Site Director at Let's Get Ready, overseeing program operations and supervising coaches and students.

In 2015, Matthew joined Paul Lukez Architecture as a Research Intern, where they contributed to a team selected as one of the finalists for the City of Boston's Living With Water competition. Matthew also worked on developing internal resources for the firm.

As a Senior Account Manager, they are responsible for managing and growing engagement with real estate development and management firms, specializing in affordable and supportive housing programs and policy. Matthew led the sales team in 2022, achieving over $3 million in sales.

Matthew Soble attended Tufts University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Studies, with a minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership. Prior to their university education, Matthew attended the University of Chicago Laboratory School from 2007 to 2011 for their high school education.
