Theodore Schaefer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Theodore started their career as a Lab Technician at Laboratory Synergy LLC in 2013, where they spearheaded a project for Nestle and was responsible for daily reports and lab equipment calibration. In 2016, they worked as a Field Solar Specialist at Sungevity. The following year, they became a Project Manager at Remains Lighting, overseeing projects until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Project Coordinator at OnForce Solar, where they handled material procurement, managed deliveries, and scheduled construction installments. Theodore then joined 174 Power Global as a Commercial Solar Project Coordinator in 2019, before becoming a Project Manager at Bright Power, Inc. in 2020. In addition to their professional roles, Theodore also served as the Director of Nature and Science at Summer Spot Day Camp, where they created daily lesson plans for campers aged Kindergarten to 9th grade, with a focus on hands-on learning in nature and science.

Theodore Schaefer attended Goshen Central High School from 2009 to 2012.
